How Much Do Braces Cost in Dubai? Price Guide

Price evidence last checked: 12 August 2026

What current braces prices in Dubai show

Braces prices in Dubai vary depending on the type of braces and what the quoted treatment actually covers. Here are the current prices LumiQuest found published by Dubai providers:

Conventional metal AED 4,000–15,000
Ceramic braces AED 3,000–25,000
Self-ligating / Damon
Generic self-ligating AED 3,500–25,000
Damon-labelled AED 6,000–18,000
Lingual braces AED 10,000–32,000

These figures describe different types of braces and should not be combined into one overall Dubai braces price range. A lower advertised price may simply cover less treatment or include different things than a higher one.

Evidence note: these are published prices, not average Dubai fees. The public information did not always say whether treatment covered one arch or both arches — upper and lower — or the full course of treatment, so the prices are not always a like-for-like comparison.

For the broader cost of orthodontic treatment, see LumiQuest’s orthodontic treatment cost guide.

Braces Cost in Dubai at a Glance

Use the table below to compare the published price spans with the treatment details you should check before deciding whether two quotes are genuinely comparable.

Type of bracesPublished prices foundWhat to check before comparing
Conventional metal AED 4,000–15,000 Check whether the quote covers both arches and the full treatment course.
Ceramic braces AED 3,000–25,000 Check whether the quote covers full treatment or a limited course, whether both arches are included, and which brackets are ceramic.
Generic self-ligating AED 3,500–25,000 Check the bracket material, whether one or both arches are treated, and whether the price covers the full treatment course.
Damon-labelled treatment AED 6,000–18,000 Confirm that the quote actually names Damon, then check the material, whether one or both arches are treated, and whether the price covers the full treatment course.
Lingual braces AED 10,000–32,000 Check the lingual system, whether one or both arches are treated, and whether the price covers the full treatment course.
Limited or single-arch treatment Keep separate A short, limited or one-arch treatment should not be compared directly with full treatment of both arches.

Compare like with like: first match the type of braces, whether one or both arches are treated, whether the quote covers full or limited treatment, and what is included. Then compare the price.

Evidence notes for these prices Provider counts and limitations behind the published spans

These figures come from current direct provider-controlled public price evidence checked on 12 August 2026. They describe prices LumiQuest found publicly; they are not average or typical Dubai fees.

Conventional metal

Across 3 current Dubai provider groups, publicly stated conventional metal-braces full-treatment or full-case ranges spanned AED 4,000–15,000. The public pages did not consistently state whether both arches were included.

This remains limited public evidence and is not a reliable both-arch complete-treatment Dubai market range.

Ceramic braces

Across 7 current Dubai provider groups, direct provider-controlled ceramic-braces price ranges spanned AED 3,000–25,000.

The sources did not consistently state whether treatment covered one or both arches or whether the quoted course was full or limited. This is moderate public evidence for an observed price span, not a both-arch complete-treatment market range.

Generic self-ligating braces

Across 4 current Dubai provider groups, generic self-ligating-braces public price ranges spanned AED 3,500–25,000.

Bracket material, number of arches treated and full-course treatment details were not stated consistently. Damon-labelled evidence was kept separate.

Damon-labelled treatment

Across 3 current Dubai provider groups, direct provider-controlled Damon-labelled treatment-price ranges spanned AED 6,000–18,000.

The sources did not consistently separate Damon metal from Damon Clear/ceramic or state whether one or both arches and the complete treatment course were included. This is not a material-specific complete-treatment range.

Lingual braces

Across 9 current Dubai provider groups, direct provider-controlled lingual-braces price ranges spanned AED 10,000–32,000.

The sources did not consistently state whether one or both arches or the full treatment course were included. This is moderate public evidence for an observed price span, not a both-arch complete-treatment Dubai market range.

What Kind of Braces Price Are You Comparing?

Two braces prices can look very different simply because they describe different things. Before comparing the AED amount, check what kind of price each provider is actually showing.

Full treatment A total price or range for a defined course of treatment

This is the most useful starting point for comparing two quotes, provided both prices cover similar treatment.

One total A stated price for a defined course of treatment.
Estimated range A lower and upper estimate for a defined course of treatment.
Check: the type of braces, whether one or both arches are treated, and what the price includes.
Starting / “from” price The advertised price starts here

A “from” price tells you where the advertised pricing begins. It does not tell you what your own full course of treatment will cost.

Remember: starting price ≠ final treatment price.
Promotional price A discounted or time-limited advertised amount

A promotion may apply only to certain braces, treatment plans, dates or conditions. Check exactly what the offer covers before comparing it with another price.

Remember: promotion ≠ ordinary full-treatment price.
Deposit / monthly payment How you pay is different from what treatment costs

A deposit and a monthly installment describe different parts of the payment arrangement. Neither should automatically be treated as the complete treatment price.

Deposit The amount paid at or near the start of treatment.
Monthly payment A recurring installment paid over an agreed period.
Ask: “What is the total payable, including any deposit and other fees?”
Placement / appliance-only The braces or fitting may be only part of the treatment

A price for the appliance or fitting may not include everything needed during the treatment course.

Check: whether adjustment visits, monitoring, removal of the braces and aftercare are included.
Limited / one-arch treatment Less treatment should not be compared with full treatment

Limited treatment and one-arch treatment are different from full treatment of both arches and should stay separate when comparing prices.

Limited treatment A shorter or more restricted treatment goal, such as a particular group of teeth.
One arch Treatment of either the upper or lower arch rather than both.
Check: exactly what is being treated before comparing the AED amounts.

Fast rule: compare full treatment with full treatment. Do not use a starting price, promotion, deposit or monthly payment as though it were the complete braces cost.

Evidence note for promotional braces prices What LumiQuest found in current Dubai provider advertising

Across 3 current Dubai provider-controlled pages, LumiQuest found promotional braces headline prices of AED 349, AED 399 and AED 999 in evidence checked on 12 August 2026.

The brace system and full treatment course were not clearly tied to those headline amounts. They are therefore examples of promotional pricing, not complete-treatment totals or a Dubai braces price range.

Conventional Metal Braces Cost in Dubai

Conventional metal braces use fixed metal brackets and wires. When comparing prices, the important question is not only which braces are being used, but how much treatment the quote actually covers.

Current published prices found AED 4,000–15,000

LumiQuest found this published span for conventional metal braces in Dubai. The public information did not consistently say whether both the upper and lower arches were included.

What this means: use this as a guide to prices that providers have published, not as an average Dubai fee or a reliable price range for full treatment of both arches.

Before comparing two metal-braces quotes, check:
  • One arch or both? Confirm whether the quote covers the upper arch, lower arch or both.

  • Full or limited treatment? Make sure the two quotes are intended to achieve a comparable amount of treatment.

  • What is included? Ask about routine adjustment visits, removal of the braces, retainers and the policy for repairs or emergency visits.

  • What could be charged separately? Ask about records, X-rays or scans and any additional procedures recommended for your treatment.

  • What is the total payable? Do not compare a placement fee, promotion, deposit or monthly payment with a full-treatment total.

The cheapest advertised metal-braces price is not necessarily the cheapest complete treatment. First make sure both quotes cover comparable treatment and inclusions.

Evidence notes for conventional metal braces Provider count, price class and the main limitation

This section separates the published public-price signal from the narrower question of what complete treatment of both arches costs.

Provider n: 3 Evidence: limited public evidence Checked: 12 August 2026

Across 3 current Dubai provider groups in LumiQuest’s systematic public-price evidence synthesis, publicly stated conventional metal-braces full-treatment or full-case ranges spanned AED 4,000–15,000.

The public pages did not consistently state whether both arches were included. LumiQuest therefore does not present this span as a both-arch complete-treatment Dubai market range.

Starting prices, promotions, monthly payments, deposits, appliance-only figures, limited treatment and clearly single-arch prices are kept separate from this published treatment-price signal.

Want to understand how metal braces work or whether they may be suitable for your treatment? See LumiQuest’s metal braces treatment guide.

Ceramic Braces Cost in Dubai

Ceramic braces use tooth-coloured or clear brackets to make fixed braces less noticeable. When comparing prices, check exactly which brackets are ceramic and whether the quotes cover the same amount of treatment.

Current published prices found AED 3,000–25,000

LumiQuest found this span across current ceramic-braces prices published by Dubai providers.

What this means: the public information did not consistently say whether the price covered one or both arches or a full course of treatment. Use the figures as published-price guidance, not as an average Dubai fee or a reliable both-arch full-treatment range.

Before comparing two ceramic-braces quotes, check:
  • One arch or both? Confirm whether the upper arch, lower arch or both are included.

  • Which brackets are ceramic? Ask whether the brackets are ceramic on both arches or whether the lower-arch brackets use a different material.

  • Full or limited treatment? Make sure the quotes are intended to achieve a comparable amount of treatment.

  • Are the same services included? Compare adjustment and monitoring visits, repairs, removal of the braces, retainers and aftercare.

  • What is the total payable? Do not compare a starting price, promotion, deposit or monthly payment with a full-treatment total.

A ceramic-braces quote is only useful for comparison when you know what it covers. Match the arches treated, amount of treatment, bracket material and inclusions before deciding which quote is lower.

Evidence notes for ceramic braces Provider count and limitations behind the published span

LumiQuest separates the broader published ceramic-braces price signal from the narrower question of what full treatment of both arches costs.

Provider n: 7 Evidence: moderate public evidence Checked: 12 August 2026

Across 7 current Dubai provider groups with direct provider-controlled ceramic-braces price ranges, published prices spanned AED 3,000–25,000.

The sources did not consistently state whether treatment covered one or both arches or whether the quoted course was full or limited. Only 2 provider groups were sufficiently classifiable as full-treatment or full-case for that narrower interpretation.

LumiQuest therefore reports the AED 3,000–25,000 figure as an observed public-price span, not as an average, typical fee or reliable both-arch complete-treatment Dubai market range.

Want to understand how ceramic braces work and their practical treatment differences? See LumiQuest’s ceramic braces treatment guide.

Self-Ligating and Damon Braces Cost in Dubai

Self-ligating braces use brackets with a built-in clip or door to hold the wire. Damon is a specific self-ligating system, so a price described simply as “self-ligating” should not automatically be treated as a Damon price.

Generic self-ligating AED 3,500–25,000

LumiQuest found this span in current self-ligating-braces prices published by Dubai providers.

What to check: the public information did not consistently say whether the brackets were metal or ceramic, whether one or both arches were treated, or whether the price covered the full treatment course.

Damon-labelled treatment AED 6,000–18,000

LumiQuest found this span where Dubai providers explicitly used the Damon name in published treatment pricing.

What to check: the sources did not consistently separate Damon metal from Damon Clear/ceramic or state whether one or both arches and the full treatment course were included.

Before comparing self-ligating or Damon quotes:

Check the exact system name. “Self-ligating” is a general category; Damon is a specific system.

Check the bracket material. Ask whether the quoted brackets are metal, ceramic/clear, or a combination.

Check one arch or both. Do not compare a one-arch quote directly with treatment of both arches.

Check the full treatment course. Compare monitoring visits, repairs, removal, retainers and other inclusions as well as the headline price.

Do not assume Damon and generic self-ligating prices are interchangeable. Compare the exact system, material, arches treated and what the quote includes.

Evidence notes for self-ligating and Damon prices Provider counts, evidence classes and limitations

LumiQuest keeps generic self-ligating evidence separate from Damon-labelled evidence rather than combining them into one range.

Generic self-ligating braces
Provider n: 4 Evidence: limited public evidence Checked: 12 August 2026

Across 4 current Dubai provider groups with direct provider-controlled generic self-ligating-braces price ranges, observed public prices spanned AED 3,500–25,000.

Material, number of arches and full-treatment-course details were not stated consistently. Damon-labelled evidence was excluded from this generic self-ligating span.

LumiQuest therefore does not publish a separate complete-treatment range for self-ligating metal or self-ligating ceramic braces.

Damon-labelled treatment
Provider n: 3 Evidence: limited public evidence Checked: 12 August 2026

Across 3 current Dubai provider groups with direct provider-controlled Damon-labelled treatment-price ranges, observed public prices spanned AED 6,000–18,000.

The sources did not consistently separate Damon metal from Damon Clear/ceramic or state whether treatment covered one or both arches and the full treatment course.

This is therefore a Damon-labelled public treatment-price signal, not a Damon-metal or Damon-ceramic complete-treatment range.

Damon promotional prices
Provider n: 4 Price class: promotion Checked: 12 August 2026

In an expanded evidence set, Damon-labelled promotional prices across 4 current provider groups spanned AED 6,000–14,000.

One provider group was represented by direct provider-controlled promotional evidence; the other three were current attributable intermediary offers.

These are promotional prices and are kept separate from ordinary treatment-price evidence.

For how Damon and self-ligating braces work and their treatment considerations, see LumiQuest’s Damon and self-ligating braces guide.

Lingual Braces Cost in Dubai

Lingual braces are fixed behind the teeth rather than on the front. Different lingual systems can be quoted differently, so compare the exact system, whether one or both arches are treated, and what the quoted price includes.

Current published prices found AED 10,000–32,000

LumiQuest found this span across current lingual-braces prices published by Dubai providers.

What this means: the public information did not consistently say whether treatment covered one or both arches or the full treatment course. Use this as published-price guidance, not as an average Dubai fee or a reliable both-arch full-treatment range.

Before comparing two lingual-braces quotes, check:
  • Which lingual system is being quoted? Ask for the exact system or appliance name rather than assuming every behind-the-teeth brace is the same.

  • One arch or both? Confirm whether the quote covers the upper arch, lower arch or both.

  • Full or limited treatment? Make sure the two quotes are intended to achieve a comparable amount of treatment.

  • What is included? Compare adjustment and monitoring visits, repairs, removal of the braces, retainers and aftercare.

  • What is the total payable? Do not compare a starting price, promotion, deposit or monthly payment with a full-treatment total.

A lower lingual-braces price may simply cover less treatment. Compare the same system, arches treated, amount of treatment and inclusions before comparing the AED amounts.

Evidence notes for lingual braces Provider count and limitations behind the published span

LumiQuest separates the broader published lingual-braces price signal from the narrower question of what full treatment of both arches costs.

Provider n: 9 Evidence: moderate public evidence Checked: 12 August 2026

Across 9 current Dubai provider groups with direct provider-controlled lingual-braces price ranges, observed public prices spanned AED 10,000–32,000.

The sources did not consistently state whether treatment covered one or both arches or whether the amount represented the full treatment course.

LumiQuest therefore reports AED 10,000–32,000 as an observed public-price span, not as an average, typical fee or reliable both-arch complete-treatment Dubai market range.

For treatment suitability, cleaning and speech considerations, and how behind-the-teeth braces differ from removable clear aligners, see LumiQuest’s lingual braces treatment guide.

Limited Treatment vs Full Treatment

A lower braces price can simply mean that less treatment is being offered. Before deciding that one quote is cheaper, check whether both providers are trying to achieve the same treatment goal.

Limited treatment A smaller or more restricted treatment goal

Limited treatment may focus on a particular group of teeth, one part of the smile or another clearly defined objective. It is not the same as treating the whole orthodontic problem.

Ask: “Which teeth and treatment goals are included in this quote?”
Full treatment Treatment planned around the overall orthodontic problem

Full treatment addresses the overall orthodontic problem rather than focusing only on a small group of teeth or a limited treatment goal.

Ask: “Does this quote cover the full treatment plan being recommended?”

If a quote uses wording such as “partial,” “short-term,” “front teeth only” or “social six,” ask the provider to explain exactly which teeth, arches and treatment goals are included.

No single limited-treatment range: the current published examples describe different treatment goals and cannot be combined into one meaningful Dubai price range.

Single Arch vs Both Arches

A one-arch quote covers either the upper or lower arch. A both-arch quote covers both. These are different amounts of treatment and should not be compared as though they are the same.

One-arch treatment

The quote covers either the upper or lower arch. Confirm which arch is being treated and what the treatment is intended to achieve.

Both-arch treatment

The quote covers both the upper and lower arches. This should not be compared directly with a one-arch amount unless you first understand why the treatment plans differ.

Do not choose one-arch treatment simply because the advertised price is lower. Whether treating one arch alone is appropriate depends on your bite and treatment plan. If one provider recommends one arch and another recommends both, ask each provider why before comparing the prices.

Evidence notes for limited and one-arch treatment Why LumiQuest does not publish one combined price range
Limited-treatment evidence

Public limited-treatment examples described different treatment objectives, dentitions and arch coverage. LumiQuest therefore did not pool them into one limited-treatment Dubai price range.

A limited price can be completely valid for a limited treatment plan. The problem is treating that number as evidence of what a full treatment course should cost.

One-arch published examples
Provider groups: 3 Observations: 4 Checked: 12 August 2026

Public one-arch evidence remained sparse and depended on the brace system being quoted.

Two generic or system-unspecified published examples were AED 1,400 and AED 3,500. A separate provider published one-jaw metal braces at AED 3,750 and one-jaw ceramic braces at AED 4,750.

These are individual published examples, not one AED 1,400–4,750 Dubai one-arch range. LumiQuest keeps the systems and materials separate rather than pooling unlike treatment.

What Should a Complete Braces Quote Include?

A useful braces quote should make it clear what is included, what may cost extra, and what happens at the end of treatment. Ask for the details in writing before comparing two prices.

Consultation, records and imaging

Ask whether the initial assessment, photographs, impressions or scans and any required X-rays are included in the quoted price or charged separately.

Adjustment and monitoring visits

Confirm whether routine appointments during treatment are included in the total, limited to a certain number of visits, or billed separately.

Repairs and emergency visits

Ask what happens if a bracket breaks, a wire needs attention or an unscheduled visit is needed, and whether any repair charges or limits apply.

Removal of the braces

Check whether removing the braces at the end of treatment is included in the quoted course rather than treated as a separate service.

Retainers and aftercare

Ask whether retainers are included after your braces are removed, what type you will receive, whether they are provided for one or both arches, how many retainers or sets are included, and what replacements would cost.

For retainer types, care and replacement pricing, see LumiQuest’s retainers guide.

Extractions, TADs and other additional procedures

If your treatment plan may require extractions, temporary anchorage devices (TADs) or another additional procedure, ask whether those costs are part of the braces quote or will be charged separately.

Best comparison rule: ask each provider for a written breakdown showing what is included, what is excluded or conditional, and what could be charged separately. Then compare the complete treatment totals.

Starting Price vs Total Treatment Price

“Braces from AED X” and “your full treatment costs AED Y” are not the same type of price. Before comparing two offers, find out what each number actually represents.

Starting / “from” price Where the advertised price begins

A starting price may apply only to certain treatment, one arch, a promotion, the fitting of the braces or another limited situation.

Ask: “What would the full treatment cost for the plan you are recommending to me?”
Total treatment price The amount for a clearly defined treatment course

A total is much more useful for comparison when you know the type of braces, whether one or both arches are treated, and what services are included.

Check: whether anything important can still be charged separately.

A low starting price is not automatically a low total price. Keep it labelled as a starting price until you know the full treatment being offered and the total payable.

And what about promotions?

A promotional price can be useful because it tells you what is being advertised now. Before comparing it with another quote, check the eligibility conditions, what treatment it covers, what is included and whether the discount applies to the full course of treatment.

How to Read a Monthly Braces Payment Plan

A monthly payment tells you how treatment is being paid for; it does not necessarily tell you what the braces cost. Ask for the total payable before comparing payment plans.

CheckWhy it matters
Total payable This is the number you need when comparing the overall treatment cost.
Deposit or first payment A low monthly amount can come with a larger payment at the beginning.
Number of payments The same monthly amount can lead to very different totals depending on how many payments are required.
Finance, admin or late fees Ask whether any additional charges change the amount you will pay overall.
What the treatment covers A payment plan does not make two different treatment plans comparable. Check the braces, arches treated, amount of treatment and inclusions.
If treatment takes longer Ask what happens if the payment schedule finishes before treatment does, or if treatment continues longer than expected.

Compare the total first, then the payment schedule. A smaller monthly payment is not necessarily cheaper if the total payable is higher or the treatment being offered is different.

How to Compare Two Braces Quotes

Put the written quotes side by side and check that they cover comparable treatment before deciding which one is cheaper.

Check these 8 things on both quotes
1. Type of braces

Are both quotes for the same type or system — for example conventional metal, ceramic, self-ligating/Damon or lingual?

2. One arch or both

Make sure both quotes cover the same number of arches. One-arch treatment should not be compared directly with both arches.

3. Full or limited treatment

Check whether both providers are trying to achieve a comparable treatment result rather than one offering a smaller treatment goal.

4. What kind of price is it?

Is the figure a total treatment price, estimated range, starting price, promotion, deposit or monthly payment?

5. Records and routine visits

Compare consultations, photographs, scans or X-rays, fitting of the braces and regular monitoring appointments.

6. Repairs and removal

Check the policy for broken brackets, wire problems, unscheduled visits and removal of the braces at the end.

7. Retainers and aftercare

Compare the retainer type, whether one or both arches are covered, how many retainers or sets are included and replacement costs.

8. Total payable and possible extras

Ask for the complete amount you may pay, including any deposit, finance or admin fees and separately charged procedures such as extractions or TADs if relevant.

Fast comparison rule: first make the type of braces, arches treated, amount of treatment and inclusions comparable. Then compare the complete treatment totals.

Price alone does not tell you treatment quality. A higher quote does not by itself prove better care, and a lower advertised price does not by itself prove cheaper complete treatment. Compare the written treatment plan and what is included.

Why a Lower Advertised Price May Not Be the Lower Total

A lower advertised number can be completely genuine and still describe less treatment, a different type of price or fewer things included. Make the treatment comparable before deciding which quote is actually cheaper.

One price might be a promotion, starting price, one-arch treatment, limited treatment, placement-only fee or monthly payment, while another might cover a full course of treatment for both arches. Those figures should not be compared as though they mean the same thing.

Compare in this order
  1. 1
    Match the type of braces

Make sure the quotes are for comparable systems and materials.

  2. 2
    Check one arch or both

Confirm whether the upper arch, lower arch or both are treated.

  3. 3
    Match the amount of treatment

Compare full treatment with full treatment rather than with a limited or restricted treatment goal.

  4. 4
    Check what is included

Compare visits, repairs, removal, retainers and any important items that may be charged separately.

  5. 5
    Then compare the total payable

Keep deposits and monthly installments separate from the full treatment total.

If the treatment being offered is different, you do not yet have a like-for-like price comparison. First understand what each provider is actually offering.

What Can Legitimately Change the Cost of a Braces Plan?

Two appropriate braces plans can have different prices for real treatment and service reasons. The useful question is why they differ — not whether the higher number automatically means better care.

Amount and complexity of treatment

The tooth movements and bite correction being planned can change the treatment design and the amount of monitoring required. A limited treatment goal is also different from a full treatment plan.

One arch or both arches

Treating only the upper or lower arch is a different amount of treatment from treating both. The prices should therefore stay separate when quotes are compared.

Brace system and material

Metal, ceramic, self-ligating/Damon and lingual systems can use different components and clinical workflows. A higher appliance price by itself is not a quality score.

Treatment course and monitoring

The planned course of treatment and follow-up may differ. Check whether routine reviews and adjustments throughout the recommended course are included in the quote.

Repairs, retainers and aftercare

Different inclusion policies can change what you pay beyond the initial fitting of the braces. Check repairs, removal, retainers, replacement policies and aftercare.

Additional procedures when clinically needed

Extractions, temporary anchorage devices (TADs) or other procedures may be recommended for some treatment plans. They should be identified separately when they apply rather than assumed in every braces price.

An orthodontic assessment helps determine the diagnosis, treatment goals and suitable appliance options. A higher fee alone does not prove better care, and LumiQuest does not rank providers by price.

How LumiQuest Reviews Braces Price Evidence

LumiQuest reviews braces prices differently from a clinic advertising its own treatment. The aim is to show what published prices actually represent, keep unlike prices separate, and be clear when the available evidence is limited.

We checked the source of each price

A price must be attributable to an eligible Dubai provider and clearly linked to the type of braces or treatment being described before it can support a published finding.

We kept unlike prices separate

Full-treatment prices are not combined with starting prices, promotions, deposits, monthly payments or appliance-only fees. One-arch and limited-treatment prices also remain separate.

We did not turn published examples into a Dubai average

Where arch coverage, treatment scope or the amount of public evidence is limited, LumiQuest says so rather than presenting the figures as an average or typical Dubai fee.

Public price evidence was checked on 12 August 2026

The braces-price findings used on this page come from the final reviewed public evidence prepared for this publication cycle.

Why LumiQuest’s independence matters here

A clinic price page explains that clinic’s own service. LumiQuest’s role is different: keep unlike prices separate, show what a number does and does not represent, and help you compare written quotes on the same terms. No provider pays to be placed higher on this page.

Detailed research methodology Provider coverage, evidence set, source types, price classes and publication checks
Provider coverage and final evidence set

LumiQuest’s public braces-price findings come from a locked Systematic Public Price Evidence Synthesis (SPPES) covering 237 verified Dubai provider groups.

For the 12 August 2026 publication cycle, the final locked corpus contained 70 materially distinct public evidence documents and 142 substantive numeric observations after final provider, source and observation deduplication.

Multiple pages, reposts, translations or channels confirming the same substantive price do not create additional independent-provider evidence simply because the same amount appears more than once.

Why different price types were not combined

Prices were synthesized only when the treatment and price class were sufficiently comparable.

Full treatment Estimated range Starting / from Promotion Monthly installment Deposit Placement / appliance-only Limited treatment Single arch Add-on fee

LumiQuest does not convert a starting price into a treatment total, multiply monthly payments into an assumed final price, treat a deposit as the treatment cost, or pool one-arch treatment with both-arch treatment.

How source types were handled
S1
Current direct provider-controlled evidence

Current official provider websites, price pages, booking systems, official social content or other provider-controlled public material.

S2
Current attributable intermediary evidence

Current third-party material where the provider and quoted amount can still be specifically attributed.

S3
Historical attributable evidence

Older or expired evidence retained for historical context rather than mixed into current price findings.

S4
Discovery lead or unresolved provenance

Material such as incomplete references or snippets that can help discovery but does not support a published numeric synthesis until provenance is resolved.

What LumiQuest evidence tiers mean

The evidence labels used on this page describe how much eligible public evidence LumiQuest found. They do not establish a representative share of the Dubai market and do not mean that the stated price is an average or typical fee.

Provider-group n Evidence description
1–2 Observed examples
3–5 Limited public evidence
6–14 Moderate public evidence
15+ Strong public evidence
Private evidence and publication

Clinic-level direct responses and private research material remain controlled evidence. This page uses publication-authorized aggregate findings and wording rather than exposing private clinic-level research records.

Final publication checks

Before a numeric finding was approved for publication, the observations feeding that claim were rechecked for provider identity, Dubai applicability, literal price wording, current status, brace system, price type, arch scope and material conditions or inclusions.

Ambiguous or superseded observations were excluded from the relevant publication claim rather than retained simply because they would widen or improve the apparent price range.

Braces Cost FAQs

Quick answers to common questions about braces prices in Dubai. Open any question for more detail.

How much do conventional metal braces cost in Dubai?

LumiQuest found current publicly stated conventional metal-braces full-treatment or full-case prices spanning AED 4,000–15,000 across 3 Dubai provider groups.

The public pages did not consistently say whether both arches were included. This is therefore a published-price guide rather than an average Dubai fee or a reliable both-arch full-treatment range.

When comparing metal-braces quotes, check the arches treated, whether the treatment is full or limited, what is included, and the total payable.

Are ceramic or Damon braces more expensive than conventional metal braces?

LumiQuest does not have a Dubai-wide like-for-like comparison that supports a fixed premium for ceramic, self-ligating or Damon braces.

Public prices exist for each category, but the underlying quotes do not consistently match on bracket material, one or both arches, amount of treatment and what is included.

Compare written quotes covering similar treatment rather than assuming ceramic or Damon braces should always cost a particular percentage or AED amount more than conventional metal braces.

Can I get braces on one arch to save money?

A one-arch price describes a different amount of treatment, not simply a discounted version of treatment for both arches.

Whether treating only the upper or lower arch is appropriate depends on your bite and treatment plan. If one provider recommends one arch and another recommends both, ask why the treatment plans differ before using price as the deciding factor.

See the one-arch vs both-arches explanation above.

Are retainers included in the price of braces?

Do not assume they are included. Ask whether retainers are part of the quoted treatment total, which type you will receive, whether they cover one or both arches, how many retainers or sets are included, and what replacements would cost.

“Retainers included” also does not necessarily mean that future replacement retainers are included.

For retainer types, care and replacement guidance, see LumiQuest’s retainers guide.

Is an AED-per-month offer the cost of braces?

No. An AED-per-month figure tells you how treatment is being paid for, not necessarily what the complete treatment costs.

Ask for the total treatment price or total payable, any deposit, the number of installments, and any finance, administration or other fees before comparing it with another quote.

See how to read a braces payment plan.

What can be charged separately from a braces quote?

It depends on the provider and the treatment plan. Items such as records or imaging, repairs, replacement retainers, extractions, temporary anchorage devices (TADs) or other additional procedures may be included in the quote or charged separately.

There is no single standard Dubai braces package that LumiQuest assumes applies to every provider.

Ask for a written list of what is included, excluded or conditional. See what a complete braces quote should clarify.

Why do two braces quotes differ so much?

First check whether the two providers are actually quoting the same thing.

Compare the brace system, one versus both arches, full versus limited treatment, the kind of price being shown, routine visits, repairs, removal, retainers, additional procedures and the total payable.

If those details differ, the price difference may reflect different treatment or inclusions rather than a direct like-for-like fee difference.

Use the braces quote-comparison checklist above.
